Sussy item textures for lamps

Tested with only GregTech CEu 7.5.1, no other mods

Expected Behavior

Item texture should match the actual block texture (borderless texture for orange borderless lamp, no light texture for no light version of lamps)
This is 7.4.1 GT

(you can see there's two orange borderless lamps looks very sus but rest is fine)

Actual Behavior

Item texture shows regular lamp texture, no light shows the light on texture

This is 7.5.1 GT
Borderless lamps: orange looks sussy... no "no light" textures

Regular lamps: no "no light" texture

Steps to Reproduce

Install 7.5.1 GT
Find the lamps in creative inventory or, if you have JEI, find it here
Figure out that there is no "no light" version and the orange borderless lamp looks very sussy

Additional Information

Happens only with the item texture, the block texture is totally fine
