Feature Description

Adding the Universal Circuits, they are in basically all GT Packs anyways and it just makes to have them + not a lot to do for it, just #gtceu:circuits/TIER -> Universal Circuit in a machine by your choice

whats the advantage of this tho? when comes to AE2 autocrafting, the autofill will take any circuit you have on the network or those you can make vía patterns

You could use this to bypass circuit assembler recipes (i.e. using good circuit to make the next tier circuit of MV instead of diong Silicon boules to make it)

@Chubbachoo you can't because the recipes for the other circuits won't change to universal ones? These are the exceptions then to not break it (like basically all people use it)
And it's way more convenient to have the universal ones in base GTM than relying on AE2 for that (especially cause substitution is never recommend and never was)

I like how the TerraFirmaGreg modpack handles universal circuits personally; They're craftable from every type in a given tier, but they're no longer able to make upgrades to higher circuit tiers, and are instead used exclusively for recipes like machines or components. They would not be retro convertible, so once crafted they are permanently converted.

Universals are basically never back-convertible in any pack I've seen them in?
