Device Creation When Creating Output Mapping Signals

Currently, it appears that a new Device is created each time that Add Signals is used when creating output mappings. However, there are many scenarios where it is ideal to have devices with much larger collections of signals. It could be that I am not following the right process in creating output mappings. I am essentially using ECA Phasor to create the signals and first layer of my Mapping structure.
