Does not writes bytes received/sent and user

I just see a "num_user"

I have added a numeric item "bytes_receved.openvpn", but I have received the following error:
Received value [Common Name] is not suitable for value type [Numeric (unsigned)] and data type [Decimal]

We dont use certs for users, we use one public cert and username as common name.
