Unable to start this archetype

When I do mvn gwt:devmode I get an error:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal net.ltgt.gwt.maven:gwt-maven-plugin:1.0-rc-10:compile (default) on project gwt-material: GWT exited with status 1 -> [Help 1]
Any idea's what this might be?

Have you tried to clean install the project first?
