Update NGP to HATLAS-NGP and Lockman SWIRE to Lockman-SWIRE

Not sure how much work ingesting new catalogues is, but as a rule of thumb:

• i'd update the spec-z's

• I'd only ingest DMU0 catalogues in our VOX if we're planning to incorporate them within the master lists
