Python PtConsoleNet it's not working properly

This used to work correctly. However, it has since been discovered that this is no longer the case.
The change is applied to the user who executes it.
But it is not applied to the other user.

Example:
PtConsoleNet('Graphics.Renderer.Fog.SetDefColor 1 1 1', 1)

Yes, this is an intentional change - some console commands had code execution bugs in the past, so I blocked all console commands from other users, just to be safe.

I'm aware that this breaks bot effects and similar. I haven't worked on fixing this yet, because so far, bots are only used on Cyan's official shard, where players generally don't use H'uru clients and so don't have this check anyway. But if TOC needs this "feature" too, I can take a look again.

The solution is probably to implement a more detailed check for console command messages, which checks the command name and allows only known safe commands (like the fog commands) while still blocking all other console commands and inputs.

I can certainly understand why the ConsoleNet commands were disabled.
If they were to return with limited functionality, perhaps even self-defining, that would be great.

TOC currently only uses Graphics.Renderer in Python.
If those were to work again, that would be fantastic.
