Refactor weather data handling and cleanup logic

- Removed the hoursLimit variable and related cleanup logic for hourly forecasts. - Set a fixed forecastHours value of 24 when fetching weather data. - Updated the processForecastHoursData method to calculate the day number based on the forecast timestamp. - Adjusted the creation of hourly state icons to account for day/night conditions.
