[ENH] add BBR option to wrapper script

Summary

add flag to wrapper script for user to select BBR registration. qualityCheck.sh already has functionality to handle either BBR or 6DoF. Need processRestingState_bids_wrapper.sh to pass option on to qualityCheck.sh.

Actual behavior

As it is, wrapper script is hardcoded to run a 6DoF rigid body transform.

Expected behavior

User should be able to set --bbr flag in wrapper script.
