Enabling both parallel and all VFDs fails to pass test.

I'm testing the following configuration option.

./configure --enable-parallel --enable-direct-vfd --enable-mirror-vfd --enable-ros3-vfd CC=mpicc

This configuration with HDF5 1.13.1-1 passed all tests on jelly with MPICH 3.3 and OpenMPI 4.0.0, both built with gcc-7.2.0. The log in the link above lists mpicc as Ubuntu 9.3.0-17ubuntu1~20.04. Is it supported? Does it pass tests without the vds enabled?

Yes, it passed yesterday without VFDs.
