The ros3 VFD testing is very minimal (mainly just the ros3 and s3comms unit tests). We should expand the ros3 VFD testing to exercise more HDF5 API calls.

An easy way to do this might be to upload the tools test files to S3 and run h5dump and/or h5stat over them using the ros3 VFD.
