Enable S3 option in presets for ci-StdShar

Our binaries are built by using the preset workflow: ci-StdShar. This does not enable S3 for the standard binaries. We probably should turn on the ros3 option by default or be sure to create duplicate binaries with S3 option on.

My suggestion is to create a new preset that inherits ci-StdShar and ci-S3 presets.

We will just add s3 binaries to our std shared binaries.
