[Request] Change the ratio icon in the top navigation bar to `fa-percent`

The top navigation bar (in file /resources/views/partials/top-nav.blade.php) currently uses the fa-sync-alt font awesome icon inside the li element with class ratio-bar__ratio. Replace this fa-sync-alt font-awesome icon with the fa-percent font-awesome icon.
