Which model for r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_sup@v4.3.0?

I am having some doubts about which model to choose and at the same time I was following this 3d where another user had the exact same doubt.

Since the post dates back to 2024, I was wondering as of today what is the best model for said basecaller?

Hi @zhengzhenxian thank you for your reply. I tried this model and the thing that intrigued me is that for one of my samples I have very few SNPs. Am I doing something wrong?

I would like to ask how come indels are not included in the final output.vcf.gz?
