confusion about the experiment of coef distribution

I noticed that you drew 8 coefficients in the diagram which arep0,p1,p2, ..., p7. Does it mean that the function of x is $$x(t) = p_0t^7 + p_1t^6 + p_2t^5+...p_6t+p_7$$

$$x(t)=\sum_{i=0}^{n}{p_i}t^i $$
