This is the result calibrated by Kalibr on my D435i, which has a significant drift.

gyr_w: 2.3963723225174899e-06

However, when I just use the data from the Internet below, it works well.
acc_n: 0.1         
gyr_n: 0.01        
acc_w: 0.001
