Typo "Austalian" in autogenerated IHI identifier display text

In the autogenerated narrative for AU Patient identifiers, the display text for the IHI (Individual Healthcare Identifier) contains a typo "Austalian" instead of "Australian".

This typo was previously identified and fixed in the FHIR core NamingSystem, see JIRA FHIR-51639 but the IG Publisher rendered output still shows the incorrect text.
