The default publisher generated narrative for DiagnosticReport resource examples includes a table with a heading Report Details . The table underneath contains Observations which are the results for the report.
The final column of this table contains the Observation.effective[x] but the heading is misleadingly called 'When For'
The detailed guidance on Observation.effective[x] short definition says 'Clinically relevant time/time-period for the results that are included in the report' , and notes that in the case of Pathology Diagnostics this is the collection date and time.
'When For' would appear to me to be a date in the future, whereas the collected date is in the past.
Is there a way to change the default column heading to match the element definition i.e. 'Collected'
