Description
namespace of the project need to specified in build.gradle when using Gradle version 8.8.0. Need manual change and add namespace

Environment

As a temporary workaround you can use the library in the following way:

  huawei_map:
    git:
      url: https://github.com/fleoparra/hms-flutter-plugin.git
      path: flutter-hms-map

The only change that I made is the namespace.

Alternatively, you can get rid of this error by adding the namespace in your android's build.gradle:

    repositories {
        google()
        mavenCentral()
    }
    
    subprojects {
        afterEvaluate { project ->
            if (project.name == "huawei_map") {
                project.android.namespace = "com.huawei.hms.flutter.map"
            }
        }
    }
}
