[huawei_push] Update Fresco version to support 16KB page sizes

In upcoming 1st November 2025, all new and existing apps to Google Play will require to support 16KB page sizes.

I found that huawei_push uses fresco that does not support this yet and could cause problem in future.

Fresco added 16KB support in 3.4.0 https://github.com/facebook/fresco/releases, can huawei_push bump the library version at least 3.4.0 before the problem arise in November?

Pull the code to the local machine and directly modify the line "implementation 'com.facebook.fresco:fresco:3.1.3' -> implementation 'com.facebook.fresco:fresco:3.4.0'"
