Recently I've downloaded Metanome Project for research on HyMD algorithm. The project is magnificent. However, it may be a little difficult for a newcomer to understand. Could you please provide me with a user manual of employing HyMD algorithm on the Metanome platform? Thank you!
Besides, I'm struggling with an error. I configured the parameters as follows, but it reported error "Wrong value or number for parameter 'RELATION'! Was 1".
What does it mean? And how can I solve this? Thank you!
