It would be useful for the PDO to be able to view the data / documents in one place and with minimal tech / data handling. Django can be used to create the framework and then Heroku can host the app, as Tarak has done with the Km0 documents [here](https://pr-km0-bb82d63a3c30.herokuapp.com).
