Worked through example #9
Description
It would be nice to have a worked example (with an actual LaTex file that can be compiled to PDF) -- we can include screenshots in the README along with the step-by-step example workflow. The file tests/data/before.tex is a good starting point, it is already compile-able but we could add any real-life curveballs that feel relevant. A full example should have a Makefile that does the substitution as well as the compiling to PDF, that way we we can compare that output to just building the PDF from TeXshop or using pdflatex.
