memory_copy_allocated_to_allocated incorrectly checks the found global region

See [test_memory_copy_allocated_to_allocated.c:87](https://github.com/HSAFoundation/HSA-Runtime-Conformance/tree/master/src/core/memory/test_memory_copy_allocated_to_allocated.c#L87). The loop continues when the global region is found and not vice versa.


Pull request #10 fixes the issue.
