The cmake does not check for presence of libtinfo

If the user does not have libtinfo installed, the linking phase will
phase with a "cannot find -ltinfo: error.  The cmake utility you use
instead of configure script should check check for it before
compilation.

Also, it would be nice to include in the README file among other
dependencies, on my system (OpenSUSE) it comes from package
ncurses-devel.
