Bike speeds not visible after model run

I believe bike speeds should be visible after the model, at least to check that there are no bugs in bike functions or bike network.

Instead of speeds, wouldn't a time attribute be more in line with the other modes? Currently we have @car_time_aht (-pt, -iht) extra attributes. We could easily add @bike_time_aht (-pt, -iht). With link lengths we can then calculate speeds within worksheets for any mode and/or time period.

Indeed, sounds like a good idea since the car traffic can affect the bike speed.
