启动agent报错：...download failure, please check the iast-token

问题现象：
同一台服务器上部署了多个应用，使用的是同一个agent，有的可以正常启动，有的却不能正常启动，报错如下：

同一台服务器，能正常启动的日志信息

这种情况是什么原因哪？
