Format the 'Tracks/Prizes' Tab
Add Tracks and Prizes info to the page
Acceptance Criteria
- Add a section as seen in the 'Guiding Questions' as seen here http://fall2022.hacknc.com/resources.html. Name it 'Tracks' instead. Have them already expanded, not need to be collapsible.
- Reach out to Lucy Ren for the list of prizes for this year. Format it based on 'General Prizes', 'Beginner Prizes', and 'Sponsor Prizes'.
