Hide strikes from education tab

The strikes feature will no longer be used in future cohorts. But we will keep it for archival data.

Requirments

1. Move the tests section to the left, where the strikes was.
2. Move the strikes section under the tests section
3. Put the Strikes section in an accordion component. Preferably with a flat design.
4. Remove the new strike button
5. Completely hide the Strikes accordion if strikes === 0
