Add  Calibration and Control for Bioreactor tab

We need:
- Set [0, 1 kg, high] and reading for weight.
- Agitation control for RPM, waiting time, and number of steps.
- Set temperature.
- Set Steps (transfer numbers to label that indicate what is the bioreactor doing.
