Try to integrate pnpm into the deploy.yml and update JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action@releases/v3 to v4.

Beta branch in the fork: https://github.com/andrescvargasr/docs.hackuarium.org/blob/beta/.github/workflows/build.yml is a good point of view to implement pnpm and some cache improvement for the current workflow.
