Ghost settings since the introduction of Input

Since the introcuction of Input in nightlies, some changes are needed.
When settings are sorted category wise

• If present, Input should appear in Input/Output Preferences category note that it is already appearing but in Custom Preferences category
• If not present keyboard, mouse and wacom should not appear. At the moment, there are ghost buttons.
  It is important to check presence of these or haiku rev because the problem exists only with nightlies.
