NSF Ocean Observatories Initiative Data from Ocean Station Papa

The US Ocean Observatories Initiative operates three moorings and a glider out at Ocean Station Papa (https://oceanobservatories.org/array/global-station-papa-array/) It would be good to bring these data into CIOOS so that researchers interested in Line P and Papa can access all of the data that they need under one roof.

like for #411. The main question is do we want to create a specific linked dataset on the CIOOS Pacific ERDDAP or make CDE harvest those datasets directly on the OOI ERDDAP

From my perspective, I don't personally care about the data linkage to CIOOS Pacific ERDDAP, I don't think, but perhaps I don't know the advantage of that. I would say that for any linked in dataset, it would be good if there were a metadata record available. From a communications perspective, it would be nice to tell people that CIOOS has 3 tools for data discovery and they all will deliver the same results. Obviously there are issues with that today, but a man can dream. I would just rather not make the problem worse if we don't have to, right? Thanks for taking a look, Jessy and Nate!
