Quick release for 10.0.5

Thanks for all you do on this project Hakky! Those BouncyCastle CVEs that are fixed in your current snapshot are quite high impact. I've overwritten these up locally for my own app, but can I encourage you to consider cutting a release for 10.0.5 with this updated dependency ASAP?

Hi @tadhgpearson I just noticed your message here. I made a realse previous week including the changes of bounce castle. Can you try on your side with the latest release of 10.0.5?
