[Bug] Disable in debloat doesn't work(it even enables disabled apps)

Bug Description

I am using inure on oppo color os 16. I found that Disable doesn't disable the app, it even re-enable disabled apps. Shizuku is configured

Steps to Reproduce

In Debloat, select a system app and debloat -> disable

Expected Behavior

Disable the select app

Thanks for reporting, I just checked, and the app simply flips the state leading to enabled apps disabled and disabled apps to be enabled in the process. I have separated the process to disable only when disable is selected and enable will only run on restore events.

As for some apps not disabling, it has been reported in the past that OPPO, VIVO etc prevents some apps from being uninstalled or disabled through ADB, so maybe that could be the error here.

Cool. I've tried the new build. Now Disable is assertive despite that it might be unable to successfully disable some app/service such as the one(ai service engine) I tested on in color os.

Is it possible to also try invoking the disabling through system call(like the way power optimization setting uses in my previous screen recording) ?

And also, for disabling, it always reports success(✓) for each app in the execution result, even it failed to disable that app. Can we fix the status in the result?

yes, the app assumes the app is disabled on successful function run otherwise the call should throw an error. I can manually verify each app state after the successful execution to verify if any has failed. I'll add the checks for it.

oh, I see. 3rd-party apps can not control these power optimization settings directly(through api), right? The most decent way is to bring the user to that setting page and let users make the changes there. That would be handy, but that's definitely a low priority request.
