Exclude from All Areas or create custom aggregate

I want to use for some "rooms" like backyard, driveway and garage - but I would not want this to flag as someone actually being home in general.

Describe the solution you'd like

Probably ideally to suit many use cases would be defining custom aggregates, and I would have a "Inside" one to suit my needs, but I could even see use for zone aggregates like upstairs and downstairs in future - but I would be happy if I could simply exclude some from the All Areas at the moment. Cheers.

I'll look at adding an "Exclude from All Areas" setting in global settings of the config. I'll also create sensors based on the configured floors in Home Assistant like Upstairs Occupied etc since I can just use Home Assistants config for that (provided your areas are assigned to floors in HA)
