[Feature request] 3ds and JPN version parity

Add in all the japanese and 3ds exclusive content, like the grotto on the outskirts of the deku palace next to the soil that takes you to the magic bean salesman, and re-add the hole in the vents in the pirate fortress that leads directly into the main room with pirate leader, the hookshot and the zora egg.
