[Feature Request] Give items from pause menu.

The ability to choose items to give NPCs directly from the pause menu (as opposed to talking to them, pausing, equipping the item, and then pressing the button, or else already having it equipped) could be a nice little tome save, especially for rando players (as I have no idea if runners would allow that). Either way, it would be a nice little QOL addition at the very least for casual players.
