Feature Request: Zora slow swimming

The 3DS version makes Zora Link swim slower than in the N64 version. The normal speed is still attainable, but only by magic shielding. Meanwhile, the slower swim speed just doesn't exist in the N64 version. I'd like it to be added as a setting.
The Z button is disabled while swimming, as it turns out, so maybe it could be used, unless someone wants to add an option to enable it. The B button overrides the swim and makes Zora Link descend, which I'd rather it didn't; I'd prefer to come out of swimming myself and then descend.
Whichever button gets used, possible options for this setting could be:

• Fast swim by default, slow by holding the button
• Vice versa
• Button toggles it

Correction: Z-targeting is disabled. If you start swimming while Z-targeting, Z-targeting stops while swimming.

Another correction, because apparently Z-targeting actually still works while swimming. It's just the camera focus part of it that gets disabled.
