Description

@CowSoftware
  • I have checked checked the known issues and searched Github to ensure this issue has not already been reported.

Description of the inaccuracy:

After getting a Game Over in-game, you'll be sent back to the title screen but the background isn't rendered correctly.

Screenshots or videos of Ghostship's behavior:

Screenshots or videos of the original hardware's behavior:

Used Rosalie's Mupen GUI for original game behavior.

System Information:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • GFX Backend: Direct X
  • Game Version: 2.0.0 Mary Celeste - Alfa
  • Rom Version: USA

Additional Information:

The background doesn't transition from "Game Over" to "Super Mario 64" and slowly turn blue. Instead it immediately turns blue and all the "Game Over" labels turn into "Super Mario 64" at once.
