Description

  • This is not a feature request, I know those belong on Discord/Github Discussions.

Description of the bug:

When the game is set to run at 60 FPS or higher, frame interpolation issues cause graphical glitches, such as flashing text when scrolling through levels on the pause screen, backgrounds flickering, and Mario's shadow flickering when jumping.

Can you reproduce? If so please list the steps:

  • Yes, here are the steps to reproduce the bug:
  1. Launch the game
  2. Set the game to run at 60 FPS or higher using the slider
  3. Press pause and scroll through the levels and observe text flashing/flickering, jump with Mario and observe his shadow flickering.

Clean, smooth graphics, no flickering backgrounds, and a smooth transition on the pause menu when checking level scores
