We could use a detailed section for diagnostic and troubleshooting steps related to non-local instances such as those running on Fabric. There are different things capable depending on a user's access too so the guide must be specific.

We have an internal google doc on some pre-work for this. A Harper employee will complete this contribution as we may not be able to share the existing notes externally.
