Navigation redirect link present in the UI

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to https://docs.harperdb.io/docs/deployments/install-harper/linux#install-and-start-harper-a-hrefinstall-idinstalla
  2. Observe that Install and Start Harper <a href="#install" id="install"></a> is present in the section header.

Expected Behavior

Should see Install and Start Harper as a header.

Actual Behavior

href attribute is also present in the header.
