Changes required for 6 hour sleep?

Sorry for the amateur question, but can you possibly clarify what changes I would need to make to change the total sleep time to 6 hours? (four wakes per day)

I don't know if you're still searching for a solution. I have only seen your issue now 😅.
So, I would try playing a bit with the ESPDailyTask.cpp (in the src folder)
In the sleep1Day function, you have conditions that see if it have passed x hours (in the original code, 24h). I would change that to 6.

If I get the time, I'll try it tomorrow. But if you look at the code, the only thing that changed is a counter that represents how much hours passed. When that counter reachs the value you want (24 for daily, 6 for 6 hour intervals...) your ESP awakes. So, it seems fine.
