Integrate ratings calculator to the API #3
Description
Ratings calculator should pull the latest ratings from CFC instead of having the user manually enter their rating.
This issue will involve enabling the frontend to call the API to grab the latest rating. Browser-side JS can be run to actually generate the rating.
