Bug: Blog Image is not updating when blog url is changed in browser

Describe the bug

when changing the blog url through the settings dialog in browser the blog image is unchanged

Steps to reproduce

1. run the app
2. open up the settings dialog
3. change the blog URL with existing hashnode blog
4. watch how content changes
5. observe - blog main image remains the default one

that was due to update from hashnode's side, they have changes upload places for favicon and logo etc
