[Design] UX of nano contracts testnet PoC screens

Summary

The main goal of this design will be to discuss the UX of the users to test our nano contracts PoC in the wallet desktop. At first a wireframe with screens and flow suggestion will be created to start the discussion.

Acceptance Criteria

We should have a clear UX flow for users to test the nano contracts PoC including

1. Activate dev mode to start using a different testnet than the public one (nano contract testnet)
2. List wallet registered nano contracts
3. See details of a registered nano contract
4. Execute a method of a nano contract
5. Create a new nano contract
6. See available blueprints
7. Configure a blueprint to create a nano contract
8. Register a nano contract
