Improve handling of 503 and other errors from the fullnodes

There is a video in https://github.com/HathorNetwork/internal-issues/issues/484 showing the wallet gets into a locked state when the fullnodes responds `/v1a/version` with a 503 error.

Possibly this happens for other kinds of errors as well.
