Github actions/cache breaking changes

We saw warnings today related to the actions/cache deprecation explained here: https://github.blog/changelog/2025-03-20-notification-of-upcoming-breaking-changes-in-github-actions/#decommissioned-cache-service-brownouts

It didn't break our workflow, but we saw the following warning in the logs: Warning: Failed to restore: Cache service responded with 422

It looks like they want everyone to upgrade to 4.0.0+ and this action is using 3.2.1+

@jceresini not sure if it's this simple, but I opened a PR for this #274
GitHub's write up (that you linked above) says its fully backward compatible. So I'm hoping it is this simple.

We are also getting the warnings and annotations and they're ugly.
