[Feature Request] Assign Files to Specific Nodes based on File Sizes #1300

Hi there!

First and foremost, Tdarr is a great tool.
I have been using Tdarr for some time now to transcode large amounts of video material from a wide variety of sources. To do this, I use several nodes that are connected via a mixed network. Some are connected via 10GBit and some via 1GBit. The source files can sometimes reach several hundred gigabytes in size. In order to utilize the network efficiently, I would therefore like to be able to filter which nodes the file is sent to for processing, depending on the file size.
I imagine that this could be solved via file filtering at the library level or via a corresponding flow plugin.
In the library, a file size filter could be added to the existing filters, such as resolution or codec. Then you could clone the library, change this parameter accordingly, and assign the nodes to the libraries.
Personally, however, I think that a flow plugin would probably be easier for the user to operate. In this case, I would find it ideal if one could simply specify that files below a certain threshold should be processed by one node group and files above this threshold by another node group.

Best regards and keep up the great work on Tdarr!
